Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Policy
We offer 7 days hassle-free exchange from the date of delivery.
Exchange fee: ₹150 per exchange
Reverse pickup: Free (once per order, subject to pincode availability) Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you’ll need to self-ship the product to our address at your own cost.
2. No Returns
We do not offer returns. Only exchanges for equal value items are allowed (size issue or manufacturing defect only).
3. Exchange Conditions
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, Tags must be intact, Items returned damaged, worn, or without tags will not be accepted Order ID & registered mobile number must be mentioned on the package.
4. Exchange Timeline
Exchange request approval: Within 24 working hours.
Pickup attempt: Within 2 working days.
Product return transit: Up to 7 working days.
QC check after receipt → If approved, exchange will be processed.
5. Important Notes
COD charges are non-refundable. Exchanges allowed only once per order, After first exchange delivery, any further exchange will require ₹300 two-way shipping prepaid.

6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
